The site

Divinely Discontent is a publishing and community surface for Amazon marketplace sellers who want constructive dialogue with Amazon — not brand warfare. Content is for general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or business advice, and it is not an official communication from Amazon.

Not Amazon

This site is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc., its affiliates, or Jeff Bezos, except as an advertiser or affiliate publisher where we say so. Amazon names and imagery are used for commentary, news, and attribution. Trademarks belong to their owners.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms the service, submit malware, impersonate others, or use the signup form to spam. We may refuse or remove submissions and block access that we reasonably believe violates these terms.

Your submissions

If you send a signup or message, you grant Steve Simonson / Divinely Discontent a non-exclusive license to use that material to operate the list, understand seller themes, and shape constructive campaigns. We will not publish your story with identifying details without your permission, as described on the homepage.

Intellectual property

Site copy, design, and original photography (including Seller Love photographs by Steve Simonson) are owned by their respective owners. Do not copy the site wholesale. Media credits appear in the footer and in media attribution.
